Can you hold a place before I apply?

No, All homes are on a first come first serve basis.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

We Collect first Month rent and security deposit prior to move in.
How old do you have to be to apply?

All applicants need to be at least 18 years of age or older.
Is the deposit refundable?

Security deposit is refundable minus any needed repairs. And will be returned within 21 days of vacating the home.
Who needs a cosigner?

Cosigner needed when not enough income or lower credit scores.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can apply online or we can email you a link.
How do I pay rent?

Rent is paid online through your tenant portal.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

All pets must be approved in writing by owner and may require additional deposit.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Provide the Management Company in writing your intent to vacate at lease end.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

In most cases repairs are paid by the owner, unless tenant negligence is discovered.
